Lauren

Lauren is a certified make-up artist through David Nicholas International, advanced make-up training center out of Boston, Massachusetts. She has successfully completed the studio and advanced program and is continuing her education with the masters program.  She also specializes in dimensional foils, color applications, short cuts, long layers, chemical relaxers and face framing techniques. In addition, she also has expertise in natural nail manicure and pedicures and make-up applications such as bridal make-up, photography-print, camouflage, runway and evening make-up.

 

Missy

Melissa "Missy" Ruddy is a Master Nail Technician at Marianna's Spa and Salon. Her career in the beauty industry started 18 years ago. During a large portion of this time (1995 through 2007), she owned a "nails only" salon by the name of "A Show of Hands". As much as she loved owning her own salon, she now relishes in the camaraderie of the family of staff at Marianna's. As a native of NH (minus a few years here and there) she knows the loyalty and quality of the people in the Northeast (particularly our state of NH) are what keep her in this business. There is no other reward as that of being friends with your clientele. Should you require a nail service; whether you are looking for a new, full time nail technician or simply are filling the need for a single occasion, she welcomes the opportunity to be of service to you. Krissy

Krissy is a nail technician and has been practicing the art of nails for over 19 years. She offers a variety of services such as natural nail care manicures, acrylic nails with tips, pink and white sculptured nails, gel nails, full and mini pedicure services. As always, we adhere by the strictest of sanitation methods and do not use a drill on the natural nail. Krissy also offers customized services such as “pedicure of the month” specials and paraffin dips for the hands and feet.

Here at Mariana’s we offer bridal party nail and pedicure specials and customize these services according to your specific needs as well as birthday party mini services to pamper that special someone with or without a friend or two. Whether you are looking for a mini express nail care service or a relaxing pampering experience we have a variety of services that you are sure to enjoy!

 

Monica

Monica has expertise in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports/Chair and Hot Stone massage and is nationally certified for Massage Therapy through NCBTMB (National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork). She is always volunteering her time at events doing sports massage. Her most recent sites were the Seacoast half-marathon in Portsmouth, Hampton Beach half-marathon (running), and the Hampton Beach half-marathon (biking). Some previous events are the Boston marathon, King Pine’s triathlon and the Red Cross Blood drive.

Monica holds a triple New Hampshire licensure for Cosmetology, Esthetics and Massage Therapy. She has been in the industry for over three years and specializes in color correction, dimensional foils, layered cutting, acrylic nails, European and anti-aging facials, chemical peels, bridal make-up and speed waxing. She has also been certified through Dermalogica and Glymed and is well educated in Bio Elements.
